Status Board / Outage Alerts
Can I request a status board showing when Zahara is having 'problems',
Ideally this would cover issues with:
Inbound Invoice Processing via email
Outbound email delays
As it is a hosted platform with no error logs, it could save a lot of time trying find a solution to a problem, when infact Zahara is having issues & nothing a Zahara admin can do to resolve.
There has been a delay of over 2.5hrs today between invoices being processed & the workflow running, which I have been trying to resolve myself, before opening a ticket to be told Zahara has been having 'issues' and it should now be working.
