Download a PDF of your order

Documents > Purchase Orders > PO Number

To get at the PDF of the order, find the order and click the down arrow button as shown below.

This will download the PDF of the order. You can manually send this to your supplier if you don’t have a workflow in place to do it automatically.

The layout of this PDF is fully editable in the Business > Settings > Document Templates.

It is a HTML / CSS file so you can have any design you like. Your web designer will be able to provide you with the correct code or we can do it for you for a charge of £95.


If the download icon is greyed out, the order is still out for approval. You can only download a PDF once its approved or if it's not in an approval workflow.
