Invoice export colours

Invoice export colours

When you export an invoice from Zahara, we will show an export icon based on your setup.
The three colours are:

  • Green – exported successfully
  • Yellow – exported awaiting confirmation
  • Red – exported issue reported

Your export settings are in Business Settings > Integrations

If you are exporting to a flat-file then the icon will always be green as we have no way of knowing whether it succeeded or failed to be imported into your finance system.

If you export to Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB or SmartSync then we get feedback from the accounts system if the invoice was received and posted correctly. In this instance, a yellow icon will turn green or red.
