If you want someone to use the mobile app, they need to have the permission enabled, in their user settings.
Click into Admin > Settings. Find the user in the list on the left-hand user panel. Now click their Name. In their user settings, as shown below, click the ‘Mobile App User‘ tick box.
The setting below this enables the Mobile user to create Quick Orders – which are place-holder trade centre orders requiring very little information.
