New supplier - create Teams or Email alert

You can create an email alert when a new supplier is recorded by creating a Microsoft Flow event.  Here is a video showing you how Microsoft Flow works: 


First off, login to your paid for (premium) Microsoft Flow account - https://flow.microsoft.com/
Then click the link to Build an automated Flow.
Choose New Supplier



When prompted, add your Zahara Business Unit API Key found in Business > Settings > Advanced.
This will be your connection

Next, choose the method of Notification you require - such as Email (Office 365) or perhaps a Teams Message as shown below:


Save this and run a test
Create a new supplier


If successful you will see this:
