Template Placeholders
Zahara comes with a number of placeholders that can be used in your emails or document template – The PO that you send to a supplier.
A placeholder is effectively the field for that record. For example, with users we have:
- Originator Email – {originator_user_email}
- Originator Name – {originator_user_name}
- Originator Telephone – {originator_user_telephone}
(The originator is the person who created the order). When you are editing an email template or your PDF template, you can access the placeholders by clicking the insert menu and then insert template as shown below:
