SmartSync Install - ERP / CSV

The SmartSync tool is installed on a Windows server or PC you nominate to produce an export file customised to your requirements.

Install Procedure 

Liaise and book a time with our support team 
Run our TeamViewer tool and provide an assisted session so we can install the SmartSync tool
The support engineer will install the software and connect it to Zahara 
Zahara's data will be downloaded to a local SQL database that we will create 

Install Requirements

SmartSync should be installed onto a SQL Server. This can be a SQL Express.
The tool will run as a Windows service so should be on a device that's available 24 x 7 to avoid any issues of restarts. 
The tool should be installed using full admin rights. 

When SmartSync runs the sync will provide a custom export file.   Please provide the required format so we can work with you to adjust this template to your individual requirements.
