How much does Zahara Cost?
Zahara is priced based on usage. Our starter edition is called a Teams plan for 10 users. Our pricing is visible on our Pricing page. https://zaharasoftware.com/pricing. We also have a business plan with more users and volume of orders and invoices. We then go up to an enterprise edition for more than 18 users, where we will price this individually for you. Zahara is modular because we will charge for the extra functionality you require or any specific volumes of users, orders or invoices you need.
Is there a discount for charities or Not for Profits?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for charities/not-for-profits
How long does the trial last?
The trial is for 30 days.
Can my trial convert to a working version?
Yes. The trial isn't restricted in terms of functionality. We can convert you to a paid version at any time, so none of the effort invested in setup is wasted.
I use Sage 50, do you integrate with that?
Yes, we integrate with the UK version of Sage 50. To get a full sync of data between Zahara and Sage 50 our SmartySync tool is required. This is installed on your server and connects Sage 50 with Zahara.
Do you work with partners?
Yes, we have a number of partners we work with and would love to work with more partners, especially Sage. If you are a reseller or specialist, contact Martin Peirce our CEO.

Why did I receive a spam email from Zahara
Unfortunately we were exploited on Friday 19th October 2024 by a bad actor who found a way to send tens of thousands of emails of a malicious nature to Outlook / Gmail & Hotmail email addresses. We were alerted to this by 9.30pm BST and resolved the issue within an hour buy unfortunately by then, there were over 250K emails sent or queued for sending with no way of stopping them. Zahara is a reputable UK company so obviously these emails were created by us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you the issue has been dealt with at the highest level.
