One you have setup users and their permissions, the final step is to send them a password reset email. You can do this as a batch process - tick the users and then click the Password Reset button. You can also do this individually, inside the users settings. Just click the users name in Admin > Settings and look for the password reset link.
A user can reset their password on the home page of Zahara. If they click the relevant link, a password reset email will be sent to them.
A tenancy admin can also reset a password for the user or SET THE PASSWORD themselves. To do this head to Admin > Settings and find the user. Then click on their name. This will take you to edit mode. Here you can actually set a password. This is useful if someone is claiming they haven't received the password reset email. (Tell them to check their spam / junk if this is the case)
