To use our Zapier integration you will need our invite link first which is:
In Zapier, we offer the following Events:
- New Invoice
- New Purchase Order
- New Document Approved
These are the events that you can listen for and then catch some of that data and move it into other applications.
We can also update the following in Zahara
- Create Purchase Order
- Create Invoice
- Create Draft Invoice
- Create supplier
- Update supplier
Invoices Inbox / Create Draft Invoice
One of the things you can do with Zapier is listen for a new invoice hitting your email account and then create a Draft invoice in Zahara. This example uses Gmail - Office 365 doesnt currently hand over the attachment so won;t work.
First off, create a Zap and have the new trigger being a New Email for Gmail.
Choose your folder etc
Now choose Zahara (accept our invitation using the link above first)
Connect to your Zahara account using your Bsuiness > Settings > Advanced API Key
Now set your mappings as shown:
Now run your tests and make sure you are receving draft invoices in the Invoice Inbox.
