What versions of Sage does Zahara integrate with

Background 

Zahara offers a number of integrations with different Sage products but not all. This is mainly due to Sage buying and then rebranding totally different products with the Sage name. This has caused confusion with regards to what versions of Sage Zahara can be directly integrated with and which may require additional work on your end. In this article, we will visit the different versions of Sage that Zahara:
  1. Integrates directly, with no known issues
  2. Integrates directly, with known issues
  3. Does not integrate with 

Direct integrations, no known issues.

Sage 50

We have a direct and highly customisable integration with Sage 50, but only with specific versions. The Sage 50 name has been used to rebrand a large number of completely different products which have their own structure and method of integrations. The specific versions of Sage 50 that we support are:
  1. Sage 50c (Sage 50cloud) Accounts with on-premise data storage (not using Sage Drive). Formally known as Sage 50 or Sage Line 50. Both Standard and Professional versions are supported.
    1. V27.1. and newer
    2. V26.
    3. V25.
When it comes to integrations with Sage, each year brings a new update that requires a slightly different version of our integration tool. We will always support the current version and the previous 2.

Sage 200

We have a direct and highly customisable integration with Sage 200, but only with specific versions. The specific versions of Sage 200 that we support are:
  1. Sage 200c (Sage 200cloud). Formally known as Sage 200 or Sage Line 200.
    1. V12.00.0.13 to V12.00.0.35.
When it comes to integrations with Sage, each year brings a new update that requires a slightly different version of our integration tool. 

Direct integrations, with known issues.

Sage 50

There are one known issue with a certain version of Sage 50c:
  1. Sage 50c (Sage 50cloud) Accounts V27.0. This specific version of Sage had an issue with Document Links whereas the application would report an issue with "Inconsistent links" when scanning the Sage data. Once scanned, you were able to select to "Fix" the issues which would remove the warning. This was fully resolved in V27.1. 

No Direct Integration.

Sage 50

There are a number of versions of Sage that we do not directly integrate with. The following list is of versions that we have investigated but the true list may be much larger:
  1. Sage 50c (Sage 50cloud) Accounts V24.0 and older. 
  2. Sage 50c (Sage 50cloud) Accounts with cloud data storage (using Sage Drive). 
  3. Sage Business Cloud Accounting. This is a completely different product that we would like to integrate with in future.
  4. Sage 50cloud US editions, formally known as Peachtree.
    1. Sage 50cloud Pro Accounting.
    2. Sage 50cloud Premium Accounting.
    3. Sage 50cloud Quantum Accounting.

Sage 200

The following list of versions are not directly integrated with.
  1. Sage 200c V12.00.0007 and older.
  2. Sage 200 Standard Online. Eg V3.00.0042

If you upgrade Sage, you will also need to upgrade the version of SmartSync. Please contact our support team to arrange a prior to the update to book in an installation/update.
